Terms & Conditions
- 1. We only cover delivery radius of up to 30km from any of our outlets. Delivery fee is non-negotiable and charged according to distance per trip in km x number of trips to be made.
- 2. In the event your delivery address is shown to be unavailable, kindly choose in-store collection from the closest Agrain store to you.
- 3. Upon choosing the preferred subscription mechanism (collect in-store / delivery), the mechanism can no longer be changed, including collection outlet or delivery address
- 4. Any changes to scheduled order(s) must be done at least 15 minutes in advance of scheduled collection time slot or 1 hour in advance of scheduled delivery time slot. Changes will not be valid if made less than the required mininum notice time period.
- 5. All subscribed packages will have a validity of 6 months from date of payment for the orders to be made and fulfilled. Upon expiry, the package shall be deemed null and void.
